CEO & Founder

Doreen Bloch is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Poshly Inc. She is a recipient of L’Oreal’s NEXT Generation Women in Digital Award and is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council. Doreen began her career at Yahoo! and SecondMarket. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and her work is regularly featured by The New York Times, Forbes, Women 2.0, Inc., The Wall Street Journal, and more.

Bradley Falk

CTO, Founder

Bradley Falk is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Poshly Inc. Bradley is responsible for the entire Poshly technology stack. Bradley was the Senior Architect at SecondMarket, the marketplace for pre-IPO stock and other alternative investments, where he was responsible for building the company’s cutting-edge auction-based transaction platform. He's been an Engineer at cosmetics brand, Bare Escentuals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba, and brings a wealth of experience from 15 years in the field.

Belinda Chan

Head of Client Services

Belinda Chan is Poshly's Chief Client Officer and a native New Yorker. She graduated from Syracuse University and has worked in the digital advertising and media space. She was an avid Poshly member before reaching out to the founders to join the Poshly team, and the rest is history! Whenever she has a free moment, Belinda can be found volunteering or enjoying a cappuccino at her local coffee shop while catching up on the latest fashion and beauty trends.

AJ Marechal

Editorial Director

AJ Marechal is the Editorial Director of Poshly Inc. Her professional credits include editorial positions with Variety, Allure, Harper’s Bazaar, Playboy and Murad, Inc. She is a graduate of New York University with a degree in Philosophy and Creative Writing. A makeup junkie since her teen years, AJ is Poshly’s resident Beauty expert.

Shalwah Evans

Director of Sales Development

Shalwah Evans leads Sales Development at Poshly Inc. She is a graduate of Brandeis University and UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism. Shalwah has been a fashion contributor at The Daily Front Row, NBC New York and Dominion of New York. She is the editor of fashion website AlwaysFashionWeek.com.

Arjun Dev Arora

Founder, ReTargeter

Arjun Dev Arora is Founder of Retargeter.com and serves as its President. Previously, he was the Head of Business Development for Yahoo! Real Estate, where he was instrumental in leading the new “open-platform” strategic shift for Yahoo! Real Estate in 2008. Arjun has advised on M&A deals and IPOs for various technology companies during his tenure at the international investment bank Jefferies Broadview. He graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Entrepreneurship & Technology.

Susan Kaplow

Vice President of Editorial Operations, Refinery29

Susan Kaplow is the Vice President of Editorial Operations at Refinery29. She is an experienced Digital Media Executive with 15+ years in Web and content strategy, specializing in women's lifestyle and epicurean brands. Prior to Refinery29, she was the VP/GM of Life and Style at the Huffington Post, Executive Director of Syndication and Web Development at Conde Nast, and Senior Editor at Seventeen Magazine.

J.R. Randall

Former Executive, Publicis

J.R. Randall is the former Director of Business Development at VivaKi, the technology accelerator for Publicis. He formerly held positions at Bain Consulting and Credit Suisse. J.R. is a graduate of Stanford University and holds an MBA from Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Rachel Weiss

VP of Digital, L’Oreal

Rachel Weiss is an award-winning digital professional with over 17+ years’ experience. As Vice President of Digital Strategy and Innovation at L’Oréal USA, she is responsible for digital marketing, social media strategy, and new digital business ventures and partnerships. Ms. Weiss also chairs L’Oréal’s Women in Digital program. Before joining L’Oréal USA, Ms. Weiss was Vice President, eBusiness, at Citi Cards where she developed New Customer Acquisition strategies via emerging digital opportunities for all consumer portfolios. She received her M.A. in Cinema Studies at Tisch School of the Arts, New York University and her B.A. in Comparative Literature and Creative Writing at Hamilton College.
